I have seen the American womans soccer team playing,they did ok (just have to practice at the goal shots a bit)
If it's a hacky sack or a soccer ball it's still the same idea,the body has to move something around.
Running is good for you also ,some times; 0 )

This is a good cause. My bzurc friend kicks a mean hacky, and though I am trying to pick it up to appease her ('cause she's super cool 'an stuff) she needs some serious players.
You know, "My life for a good hacky sack round" kinda people.
